For the resolution of any dispute or conflict arising from access to or use of the Site or from interpretation of these conditions, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction over the registered office of Cristian Oprea, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
